Welcome, all! I'm so excited to be journeying through the Bible with other friends. We can hold each other accountable, discuss what we've learned as we go, and get a different perspective, as I'm sure we'll not all be using the same translation.
If you need a place to look online for the Bible to do your reading for a day, here is a good one:

You can select your passage, choose a translation from all the widely used ones and then some, and even use commentaries, encyclopedias, and other resources if you want to be that in-depth about it.
A technical side-note:
ReplyDeleteThis blog does not automatically tell you when a post has had comments added. If you want it to do that, click the link that says "Subscribe by email" at the bottom of the post.
Unfortunately, I think you have to do this for EACH post. I haven't found a way to do this for the entire blog and just make it stay set that way for all posts. If anyone knows how to do that, I'd appreciate instructions.
I will be using a NIV study bible just for the record. :)
